A BIT ABOUT ME
With fifteen years of teaching experience, I absolutely adore teaching flute. A native of Michigan, I received my bachelor’s in music performance from Eastern Michigan University. Then I traveled east to receive my master’s in music performance at Ithaca College, surrounded by the waterfalls and foliage.
Now settled in Massachusetts, I love playing my flute alongside the beautiful birds and tall trees in my backyard. I strive to perform and teach from the heart, always approaching music with love, compassion, and dedication. I perform regularly with Multiverse Concert Series and enjoy collaborating on chamber music with other local musicians.
When not making music and teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughters, small pups, and backyard chickens. I enjoy sewing, crafting, hiking, reading, and learning.
